“The Bosch Hockenheim Historic has turned into a highlight for us from the Group C Supercup for the legendary Group C racing cars of the “eighties”. In the first year, we were still a little sceptical as to whether this race would meet with the approval of the spectators and participants, but we were proved wrong. The popularity and interest were unspeakably great, we could almost not move freely in the pits when an engine was started. This year there were over 30,000 spectators at the Hockenheimring and the response was even greater than expected, which speaks for the concept of the event. We are already looking forward to being back as organisers of the Group C race.”
