Already a tradition, the Big Open Single Seaters bring the V8 and V10 sound of the good old Formula 1 era back to the Motodrom at the Bosch Hockenheim Historic.
The FIA-certified BOSS GP Racing Series comes to Baden-Württemberg for its second race weekend. The world’s fastest racing cars and the heroes who drive them will be in the race transporters. Nowhere else are formula cars of the highest categories still to be seen at their original purpose, namely racing. At the Hockenheimring, Europe’s fastest racing series can be seen on track for around two and a half hours – in the 27th year of its existence with more Formula 1 cars and the usual amount of action in the GP2, World Series by Renault and Auto GP in the FORMULA Class. All together they offer action-packed, fast and vocal motorsport at its best, which is unparalleled in this form in the global motorsport universe.
The exclusive tyre supplier of the BOSS GP is Pirelli. The Italian tyre manufacturer offers a unique product for the participants of the BOSS GP: Formula 1 technology combined with easier handling when warming up the tyres and, since 2020, exclusively with Purple (violet) Tyres.
